Raw Milk Micro-Dairy

Over the last year I've been developing a 'cow with calf' micro-dairy. With only 3 Jersey cows it will probably be the smallest dairy farm you've ever come across!

But besides the size, this is no ordinary dairy! The cows and calves stay together and are not separated like on most dairy farms. This means the calves can suckle milk from their mums for several months before they are slowly weaned in a stress-free way. We only take the extra milk that the calves don't need.

Using this ethical approach to dairying, I will be selling pure unadulterated creamy raw milk - straight from the cows udder to you (via a glass bottle of course!).
