Grass Fed Slow Cook Beef Box

It's the season for eating hearty warming foods! There's nothing more comforting than eating delicious slow-cooked nutrient dense beef, while the weather is wet and cold outside!

Each box contains a variety of cuts as shown below:

2 x Osso Buco (shin on the bone)

1 x Slow roasting joint (silverside or brisket - medium sized approx. 1.5kg)

3 Packs of stewing shin or skirt (approx. 500g each)

2 x Short ribs (on the bone)

1 x 500ml packs of bone broth handcrafted here at the farm
