Minute steaks are lean and fast-cooking, therefore perfect for busy cooks. Their versatility means they work well marinaded, pan-fried or on the BBQ, or included in sauces or dishes.

Tasty nutrient-dense high-welfare beef from our small herd of native breed cattle who are lovingly raised by us on grassy meadows 8 miles away from Frome. Our beef is hung on the bone for a minimum of 21 days and butchered by the award winning Blackmore Vale Butchery.

All our meat is vacuum packed and will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days, provided your refrigerator is kept between 0-3 degrees C. If you are planning to freeze your meat, we recommend that you freeze on the day it arrives.
